I am a simple person. I love simple, easy to make foods. So today, I am going to teach you all how to make fluffy fluffy omelette, which is actually really simple!
This is the ⋆⋆ Fluffy Fluffy Omelette ⋆⋆ I learned to make! This recipe is from Buzzfeed's Tasty website, it's easy and gooooooood.
What you need :
1. 3 egg whites
2. 2 egg yolks
3. Salt and pepper to taste
4. Chilli (optional)
Instructions :
1. Separate the yolks and whites of 3 eggs. (Just put the extra yolk in the fridge.) Don't let any yolk fall into the bowl with the whites, or your omelette will fall flat!
2. Whisk the egg whites until it is fluffy and until semi-stiff forms (or cloud-like texture) are formed.
3. Fold the yolk into the fluffed whites and then season with salt and pepper to taste. If you want, you can add either; cayenne/spice or chop up chilli to be put in the mixture. Mix throughly until all is combined.
4. Butter the pan up, and when its hot enough, pour the omelette mixture in. Then, cover the pan with its lid and leave it for a minute, before opening it again, and flip a side over the other until it looks like the one in the picture above! Make sure the omelette is cooked golden before you leave it!
5. Lift and put on a plate to be served!
Serves one.
